Free Traffic System Review Updated

This is a continuation of my first review on the Free Traffic System and the results I achieved by using them.

A Brief Overview of How I Used this System
1.Their writers wrote 10 articles for $70 on my behalf.
2.At no extra charge, their staff posted my articles to their network as well.
3.5 articles were syndicate for each of the 2 terms targeted.
4.URL Target 1 settled at page 2 instead of bouncing around between page 2 and 4.
5.URL Target 2 was not seen in search engine results before these articles were sent out and syndicated across several websites.

Being a Free Member on Free Traffic System
-The 10 articles were posted across 196 sites, making each article posted to an average of 20 sites.
-9 of these 196 submissions got rejected, which reduced the number of submissions.
-These articles have been posted around gradually since November 6, 2009. Thus the syndication has been consistent and across a long period of time.

Results
-The urls tested did not receive any pingback or trackback.
-Most of the sites hosting the articles are probably article directories.
-Articles did not even appear in the first 5 pages of search engine results.

Note: Initially, there was no rise in result position for URL1 with keyword1 due to a typographic error on my part. However, another campaign was set up by Dim from Free Traffic System. Thanks for that, Dim.

For KW2, URL2, the position stayed at Page 2 instead of dancing around page 2 and 4.

Conclusion: Do Not Go with Free Traffic System
If the 196 articles out there were being sent to decent sites, then there should be some trackbacks and appearances of result pages, especially the month old articles. This was not the case with this system and my article titles that contain long tail keywords never appeared on any search engine result position.

It is true that I was a free member. However, the possible sources of links and site quality do not differ regardless of the membership status of the user.

As mentioned earlier, I decided to use Free Traffic System to get a URL that is presently in Page 2 or 4 to a higher position.

Currently this URL is now on Page 3. Using $40 out of the $80 to get the URL to go up by 1 page?

Update
Dim re-ran the campaign even if it was error free, and the ranking for this keyword is now constantly on Page 2. I hope that it rises to the first page. I wanted the 5 articles to stop bouncing around Google. I also wanted the post that was on Page 2 to move up to page 1

So far, I have seen all this happen.

It has been a while since I checked these search engine ranking positions but I have not seen any significant changes. Since using Free Traffic System has not produced much astounding results, I would not consider using this system.

Thanks for the heads up, Dan.

I'm guessing that FTS works very much like Article Marketing Automation (AMA). Their member blogs and article directories have little or no PR. So, they don't get crawled or indexed and, as a result, no backlinks.

From experience, less than 10% of the links in AMA articles get indexed. Unless you take additional steps to get them indexed, your work is for naught.

I have the same problem with FTS. 50% of my articles that went up didn't even contain the backlinks I submitted in the articles

ummm interesting reading particularly as I use AMA and dont have any way of measuring the results. Im starting to think that AMA is a waste of both my time and money and ill definantly stay away from FTS. Thanks for the heads up great post.
